Innovation:

The team is solving the problem of “Dirty toilet seats in public spaces and dirty shoes.” In this session, the team brainstormed and analyzed various solution ideas generated by team members. The team completed the STAR Analysis phase. The team expects to continue brainstorming and analyzing various ideas next week.

Review RCA for the dirty toilet seat problem and identify the weakest link.
