Innovation Title:
Fluid flow control unit

Name & Age of Inventors (at the time of innovation):
Ayat Faizan (04)

Problem Statement:

Several users, particularly children, waste a lot of water by fully opening faucets.

This results in a substantial annual loss of billions of gallons of water. This wasteful behavior not only strains our precious water resources but also has financial implications for individuals through higher utility bills.

About the Innovation:

Ayat, our young inventor, came up with a genius idea to attach a stopper to the faucet handle.

To combat this problem, there was a pressing need to develop a system that encourages responsible water usage and conservation from a young age, while addressing both environmental and financial concerns.

When Ayat, our young inventor, was about 3 and a half years old, she was advised by her parent not to waste water and not to open the faucet fully while using it. As a young kid, she struggled to open the faucet just right so that she was able to use water without wasting it. She then came up with a genius yet simple idea to attach a stopper to the faucet handle so that kids, while using the faucet, should not waste water.

This stopper can be fixed at anything from 10% to 100% by an adult. Ayat believes millions of kids using faucets all over the world can save billions of gallons of water with her invention.
