Problem Statement:

Parents are often the last ones to know if their child is undergoing any mental, emotional, or behavioral issues

Research suggests that parents are often the last ones to know if their child is undergoing any mental, emotional, or behavioral issues. Further, these issues are manifested in the form of behavioral actions. Unfortunately, we do not have a well-designed, data and AI-powered system to predict and prevent the onset of these issues.

About the Innovation:

Young innovators at DiscoverSTEM innovated a system that connects a child to their parents.

It ensures that if a child is going through any mental, emotional, or behavioral issues, parents are the first ones to know about it. This innovation works like the mental, emotional, and behavioral ‘credit score’ of an individual.

It can also predict the onset of any such issues by carefully analyzing received data about observed behavior and frequency of occurrences. This innovation was sent to the Advancing Healthcare Innovation Summit and received worldwide first prize by a distinguished jury panel, which included the Director of the World Health Organization.
