The team went through the foundation course module for STAR Analysis. For the remainder of class, they applied what they had learned by identifying and explaining reasons/causes of their primary problem. They split into teams of two and three to then intricately question and analyze the pinpointed reasons.

Complete STAR Methodology by developing questions concerning reasons and collecting verified answers.

Team started their STAR Method template and found 11 reasons that could possibly be the cause of the primary problem. They explained each reason and started listing questions about each reason.

This team went over the STAR Methodology module with the rest of the group and then started to work on STAR methodology with their own primary problem. They then started working on the reasons and questions for those reasons.

The innovators began their session by choosing roles for themselves in their team then began STAR methodology for the primary problem. They began working on this by dividing and conquering. In STAR, they identified and listed their top reasons, followed by crafting nesting questions. Mr. Faizan approved their work.

The team continued the STAR Methodology process of conducting intense insight towards the reasons causing their primary problem. The subsequent review in class by Mr Faizan
allowed the team to better detail and grasp the answers to their questions.

This team worked on answering all the questions for their STAR Methodology reasons. After they finished this, Mr. Faizan critiqued their STAR and determined the areas that the team needed to revise their STAR on. After this, the team worked on revising these areas.

The innovators evaluated their STAR Methodology by verifying sources, correcting answers, accumulating more reasons for the problem’s existence, and developed even more questions in relation. STAR Methodology was approved and they proceeded with Root-Cause-Analysis.

Look over RCA & ponder where we are going with the problem. Solutions exist, so why does the problem still exist?

The team finalized their reasoning in the STAR methodology process and cleaned up their formatting to make sure all information is organized. The innovators collaborated to make sure everybody is on the same page and refined the quality of the information.

This team revised their STAR methodology and then finished answering the questions for this. After this, Mr. Faizan came in and reviewed their STAR method slides and approved them. The team then started working on revising RCA.

To start the morning, the kids were challenged with the idea of rebuilding a mountain out of pebbles and stones. They were prompted different questions, such as, how can we make it structurally sound? Why is this different from other mountains. The kids had fun imagining what their mountains could be!
